Abah, Danladi is a multi-award winning researcher and Lecturer in the Department of History and International Studies, Kogi State University Anyigba, Nigeria and holds a PhD in History at Benue State University Makurdi, Nigeria. Danladi was a 2017 Research Fellow of the West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI), Accra, Ghana and also a 2017 laureate of the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa, (CODESRIA) Economic Justice Institute. He holds a B.A (Hons) History & International Studies and M.A (distinction) in Economic History. He emerged as the overall top best Departmental and Faculty Student with the Best Academic Results in the 2009/2010 academic session at Kogi State University Anyigba, Nigeria. He won the coveted Professor F.S Idachaba Prize for Excellent Academic Records and also won the prize for the Best Department and Faculty Student with Best Academic Records. During his Master’s Degree, he also emerged top Best Student with Best Academic Records. Abah Danladi is an experienced Researcher and Civil Society Advocate with numerous publications. Danladi is the author of the book; A History of the Traditional Igala Textile Industry, Nigeria, 1900-1960 in addition to over thirty (30) published papers in both Local and International Journals and book chapters.

He has attended and presented papers in many local and International conferences. Danladi is a member of the Society for Peace Studies and Practice (SPSP), International Society for Third Sector Research (ISTR), and Historical Society of Nigeria (HSN). He teaches Global Governance, African Economic history & development, Afro-European Relations and Research Methods.
